Terms of Service

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Internet Time for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to applicable law. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the service or its original materials without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
• Scrape the service, automate excessive requests, interfere with its operation or bypass reasonable technical protections.
• Use the service for unlawful activity, spam, abuse or to harm another person.

These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Internet Time is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the converter and clocks useful, but do not warrant that the service will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Time conversions depend on the time and timezone information supplied by your device and its browser. Biel Mean Time uses a fixed UTC+1 reference. Beat reminders are checked while the page is running; a closed, suspended or sleeping browser may not trigger them at the intended moment. Do not rely on this tool as the sole source for safety-critical timing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xamantech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service. This includes missed meetings or events, data loss, conversion errors, browser notification delays and third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Mexican law.

The original Internet Time website, including its code, design and written content, is owned by Xamantech or used under license. Swatch and related marks belong to their respective owners. Internet Time is an independent tool and is not sponsored by, affiliated with or endorsed by Swatch.

You may share links and beat values generated by the tool. The beat value in a shared link is a time reference, not a user account or private message.

The site relies on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, fonts and optional social sharing. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for external sites or their content.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of Internet Time and may update these terms as the service changes. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to any rights provided by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes are subject to the competent authorities and courts in Mexico, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
